I am a UX researcher and design strategist. I have been working in Design for 8 years and have a passion for helping organizations understand and meet the needs of their users. I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2021. In my time at SCAD, I trained in UXR & UXD methodologies, while also developing my design management skills.
As a UX researcher, I specialize in conducting user interviews, usability tests, complex data synthesis and other research methods to gather insights about how people interact with products, spaces and services. I use those insights to inform the development of effective design solutions that meet the needs of users and business goals.
